The BPNA is looking for help to cut the weedy growth outside the north end of the tennis court fence in Bemis park, 34th & Lincoln Blvd, this coming Saturday, July 20. 

The forecast is for some possible rain in the morning so an 11:00 am start is planned.  Please bring your weed eaters, clippers, hoes, rakes or whatever tool you use to cut down tall weeds.  A leaf blower or broom would be handy to clean up any weeds that end up on the street.  We recommend bringing gloves, hats, and water.  We also recommend using sunscreen and bug spray.  We will provide bags and will contact the City to pick them up.  

If it is too rainy, we will reschedule. You can check our Facebook page if you think the event might be cancelled for weather and need confirmation.
